Kinnasand has been awarded the prize Interior Innovation Award – Winner 2011 for the contract collection COLOURS UNLIMITED as well as for the textiles SALUT, BRISTOL, ORI and CHROMA.
The Interior Innovation Award is an international acknowledgement for design, innovation and outstanding product concepts. A renowned jury of experts evaluate product innovation, observing new products and the application of novel materials as well as complex production techniques based on innovative design revelation.
COLOURS UNLIMITED
Kinnasand presents with COLOURS UNLIMITED an innovative textile collection for the creation of individual objects: COLOURS UNLIMITED provides individual design concepts in unlimited colour varieties.
MATERIAL STRUCTURES
Innovative structures of textile materials result from a crossover of different fabric technologies, specific finishing methods and processes of craftsmanship.
CHROMA
KINNASAND‘s new interpretation of silk is CHROMA: The extraordinary combination of silk, metal and cotton combined with special washing and finishing, creates the evolution of a modern classical fabric.
The winners of the Interior Innovation Award 2011 will be presented in a special show during imm cologne from 17th – 23rd January 2011.
